For defective HEXAGON MTM (m&h) devices, replacement devices are offered as follows:

Condition
The replacement device is in perfect technical condition but may be a used device and therefore show signs of use.
Guarantee
The warranty period is 6 months after delivery (excluding accessories).
Delivery/scope of delivery
The scope of delivery only includes a replacement device for the returned defective device. Accessories and add-on parts are excluded from the exchange. Accessories entered in the "Required accessories" field will be charged at the currently valid end customer list price. The customer shall bear the shipping costs for the delivery of the replacement device.
Price
You will receive the price of the replacement device as a fixed price in the form of a quotation after returning this form.
Return delivery time
The return delivery time is four weeks after receipt of the replacement device. If the device is not returned within the return delivery period, the replacement device will be invoiced at the current end customer list price. Please do not send your faulty device without accessories, such as a stylus or battery(ies), until you have received the replacement item.
